We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. If you’re passionate about recruitment and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit. In this role, you’ll manage end-to-end global recruitment processes for a variety of positions.
Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple locations and roles.

Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn and other tools, employing creative sourcing strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, ensuring an effective and seamless recruitment process.

Conduct interviews, including face-to-face assessments.

Provide an outstanding candidate experience.

Work closely with the TA team to drive recruitment success.
Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in full-cycle global recruitment, preferably in a tech company.

Strong sourcing skills with in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn.

Fluent English (spoken and written) with the ability to conduct interviews in English.

Experience with ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus).

Independent, detail-oriented, and accountable.

Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for recruitment.
