We are looking for an experienced and driven E2E Tech Recruiter to support the recruitment operation and efforts .
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading tech companies and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for highly sought-after technical roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
- Conduct sourcing activities using various platforms and creative methods
- Candidate Screening
- Extend offers and manage salary negotiations and contract signing
- Act as a strategic recruitment partner and contribute to an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a recruiter – mandatory
- Hands-on experience in sourcing and offer negotiation – mandatory
- Previous experience working directly with hiring managers
- Strong understanding of the tech industry and technical roles
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Very high proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) – mandatory
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to learn independently
- Experience working in a corporate environment – an advantage
- Experience in a tech company or the high-tech sector – a significant advantage
