אחראי/ת מערכת משאבי אנוש (החלפה לחופשת לידה עם אופציה)
דרוש/ה אחראי/ת מערכת HRIS לתפקיד משמעותי בניהול ותפעול מערכת SuccessFactors SAP (SURF).
תחומי אחריות:

• ניהול ותפעול מערכת HRIS, שמירה על דיוק הנתונים ושיפור איכותם.
• תפקוד כגורם מקשר בין צוותי HR גלובליים, IT וספקי המערכת.
• תמיכה ביישום מודולים חדשים ושדרוגי מערכת, כולל בדיקות ואימות נתונים.
• ניתוח נתוני HR והפקת דוחות מדויקים.
• הדרכת צוותי HR חדשים.

דרישות:

• תואר אקדמי רלוונטי.
• ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בתחום HR או מערכות מידע.
• ניסיון עם מערכות HRIS – יתרון משמעותי ל-SuccessFactors SAP.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (דיבור וכתיבה).
• יכולות אנליטיות, טכניות ופתרון בעיות.

HRIS Administrator (Maternity Leave Replacement)
Rivulis is seeking an HRIS Administrator to manage and enhance our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors – SURF).
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain HRIS accuracy and integrity through regular audits.
• Act as the main link between global HR, IT, and external vendors.
• Support new module implementations and system upgrades.
• Analyze HR data and generate accurate reports.
• Provide training and guidance to HR team members.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or IT-related roles.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; SAP SuccessFactors is a strong advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
