Recruitment Specialist – Temporary Position (up to 9 months)
A global high-tech company located at the Rehovot Science Park is looking for a Recruitment Specialist for a dynamic, hands-on role in tech recruiting.
Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes for the company’s local site
• Partner with hiring managers across the organization throughout the full hiring cycle
• Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Work continuously within the company’s ATS
• Participate in offer negotiations, contract signing, and internal recruitment processes with candidates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, advantage to inhouse recruitment experience
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end recruitment
• Familiarity with tech roles, terminology, and workflows
• Active sourcing experience via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and ability to work under pressure
