Junior Assistant Production Manager

About the Role
You will work closely with the Production Manager and cross-company teams — including Studio, Account Managers, Sales, and Management — to help deliver top-quality booths at international exhibitions.
You will gradually take ownership of small projects from A–Z while learning the company’s workflows, production standards, and supplier management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager in coordinating the production of exhibition booths from concept to installation.
Support logistics, technical forms, production s, and scheduling.
Communicate with suppliers, collect quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage procurement.
Maintain and update project Gantt schedules, files, and internal workflows.
Source and manage branded items and giveaways for exhibitions when needed.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met.
Help optimize administrative processes, templates, and operational systems.
Travel abroad for project supervision when required (average 8–12 flights per year).
:Requirements
Academic background in industrial design (advantage) or similar production/operations fields
Experience in coordination, production, or operations roles.
High-level English — spoken and written — a must.
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Monday.com, and AI tools.
Ability to travel abroad when needed.
Must be able to reach Talmei Menashe / Be’er Ya’akov independently.
