Senior Campaign Manager – Digital Paid Media & Demand Generation
The Senior Campaign Manager will plan, run, and improve digital marketing campaigns
This role combines strategy (50%) and hands-on work (50%) — meaning you will both plan and personally manage campaigns every day.
We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer who can create smart, data-based marketing strategies and also work directly inside platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to improve results.
You will also manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, which focus on specific target companies.
You should feel comfortable switching between high-level planning (for example, building the campaign plan for the quarter) and detailed daily work (like adjusting budgets, audiences, and ads).
Main Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning (50%)
- Create and manage the full paid media strategy — from brand awareness to lead generation.
- Build ABM plans: choose target companies, design personalized campaigns, and measure results.
- Decide how to divide the budget across channels and audiences based on data.
- Analyze campaign performance and run tests (A/B testing, audience variations, bid strategies) to improve ROI.
- Work closely with teams like Product Marketing, Content, Creative, and Sales to make sure all campaigns are aligned.
Hands-On Execution (50%)
- Build, launch, and optimize all paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Run daily ABM campaigns targeting specific companies and audiences.
- Create and manage audience lists (lookalike, custom, retargeting) and upload target account lists.
- Make sure tracking and reporting work correctly by working with the Operations team.
- Review campaign performance daily or weekly and make changes to improve results (bids, budgets, creatives, placements).
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- At least 3 years of experience planning and running B2B ABM campaigns.
- Strong skills in all parts of campaign management — audience setup, bidding, tracking, and optimization.
- Proven success running campaigns that drive results from awareness to qualified leads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ABM platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.
- Experience using marketing automation tools like HubSpot.
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or industrial companies.
