About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to plan and run our digital advertising and demand generation campaigns.

This job is half strategy (planning and analysis) and half hands-on work (executing and improving campaigns).

You will work mainly with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and you will also manage Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns that target specific companies.

You should be comfortable both planning marketing strategies and personally managing and optimizing digital campaigns every day.


Main Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning (50%)

  • Create and manage paid media strategies for the full customer journey (awareness → interest → conversion).

  • Build ABM strategies: choose target companies, plan personalized ads, and measure engagement.

  • Decide how to use the budget across channels based on data and performance.

  • Analyze campaign results and run A/B tests to improve return on investment (ROI).

  • Work with other teams (content, creative, sales, product marketing) to keep messages and goals aligned.

Hands-On Campaign Execution (50%)

  • Personally build, launch, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns.

  • Manage ads on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Run and optimize daily ABM campaigns targeting specific accounts.

  • Create and manage audience lists (custom, lookalike, and retargeting).

  • Work with the operations team to make sure tracking and reports are correct.

  • Review campaign performance daily or weekly and adjust bids, budgets, and creatives as needed.


Required Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.

  • At least 3 years of experience planning and running B2B ABM campaigns.

  • Strong skills in all parts of campaign management: building audiences, creating structure, managing bids, and tracking conversions.

  • Proven success running campaigns that bring results through the full marketing funnel — from brand awareness to qualified leads.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or Terminus.

  • Experience using marketing automation tools like HubSpot.

  • Experience in a tech, SaaS, or industrial company.
