Role Overview
Global ownership of the SAP landscape, leading large-scale ERP transformation programs and aligning SAP delivery with business and technology strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global SAP function, including internal teams, regional leads, and system integrators
- Own SAP strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with business priorities
- Lead complex global initiatives: implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and S/4HANA programs
- Ensure end-to-end integration between SAP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, databases, and applications
- Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, and Operations
- Ensure system stability, security, governance, and performance
- Manage SAP vendors and global implementation partners
- Own budget, planning, risk management, and executive reporting
- Drive standardization and optimization of global business processes
- Build and lead high-performing global teams
Requirements
- 10+ years leading SAP programs in large, multinational environments
- Proven experience managing global teams, partners, and large budgets
- Strong background in ERP / S/4HANA transformation programs
- Broad understanding of enterprise processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations)
- Strong architectural mindset across applications, infrastructure, security, and data
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is an advantage
