Grants and Donor Relations Manager for Overseas Fundraising – Maternity Cover

About the role:

End-to-end management of international grant processes, including writing, editing, and submitting proposals and reports. The role includes team management, working with financial and program data, and collaborating across departments in both English and Hebrew.

• Manage and lead a team of two grant writers

• Review and finalize grant proposals and donor reports

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donors

• Track deadlines, submissions, and donor reporting cycles (Salesforce)

• Monitor grant budgets and ensure compliance with donor requirements

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather impact and program data

• Support broader fundraising efforts and tailor donor requests

• Bachelor’s degree – required

• Native-level English – required

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM – required

• Proven experience in grant writing and donor reporting – required

• At least 2 years of management experience – required
