Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-oriented Student Tech Ops & Automation Analyst. This unique role offers the opportunity to support cloud and hosting cost management while leading automation initiatives that streamline recurring workflows across the organization. Work Scope

• Schedule: 3 working days per week (~100 monthly hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize cloud and hosting-related expenditures.
• Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and KPI tracking systems.
• Develop automations for recurring operational and financial processes using AI and modern automation tools.
• Identify inefficiencies and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
• Work with internal cost-monitoring and operational platforms, mastering technical workflows and logic.
• Collaborate with cross-functional tech and business teams on automation initiatives.

Your Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, AI, Automation Technologies, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Automation Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, automation platforms, and process optimization (Required).
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel, Looker, Google Sheets, and G-Suite tools.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills (Required).
• Soft Skills: Independent, proactive, self-organized, and a quick learner.
• Preferred Assets: Familiarity with cloud computing, budget management, SQL, Python, and BI tools.
