Are you an experienced physician with a passion for clinical development and medical innovation?

We are looking for a Medical Director to lead the medical strategy and execution of global clinical programs, driving clinical trial design, patient safety oversight, and data-driven development decisions.

What You’ll Do

• Provide medical leadership for clinical studies and patient safety oversight
• Lead clinical trial design and review of key clinical documents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Clinical, PV, and Data Management
• Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and investigators
• Represent the company at regulatory meetings, scientific forums, and international congresses

Key Requirements

• MD degree (Medical Doctor)
• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Director or in a clinical development leadership role
• Proven experience in clinical trial design and execution
• Strong understanding of global regulatory requirements (FDA, EMA)
• Experience analyzing clinical and safety data to support strategic decisions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage with KOLs, investigators, and regulatory authorities
• Surgical background – advantage
• Previous people management experience – advantage
