Strategy & Operations Specialist – Temp Position

A leading global technology company is looking for a proactive and analytical Strategy & Operations Specialist to join a high-impact team supporting business growth and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with sales and business leaders to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
• Analyze business performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Drive and optimize operational processes, programs, and workflows.
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Support the implementation of new tools, policies, and business initiatives.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and multiple stakeholders.
• Self-starter with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in the technology and/or digital advertising industry is an advantage.
